Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
- To start a return, email info@pitdock.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email info@pitdock.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
To swap finish or edition, return the original item and place a new order.
One-year limited warranty
Every PitDock comes with a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper electrical use, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function.
To make a warranty claim, email info@pitdock.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or a short video. If the claim is approved, we'll repair or replace the item or the affected part.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
