These Terms of Service apply to your use of pitdock.com and any purchase you make from PitDock ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We aim to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and some images are product visualisations. Helmets, motorcycles and accessories shown in photos are not included. Racing-inspired designs do not imply official team affiliation.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and may change without notice. Prices do not include import duties or taxes for international orders. Payment is taken when you place your order.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.
4. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
5. Returns and warranty
Returns and our one-year limited warranty are described on our Returns & Warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
6. Safe use
Use the Stand + All Features edition only as described in the included instructions, indoors and away from water.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and design, belongs to PitDock or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
